Anxiety and depression and wide spread problems in our society today.
Many people struggle with ongoing issues with both depression and
anxiety. These challenging emotional states pose problems for many
people. When the symptoms of anxiety and depression are acute enough and
last over an extended period of time, the functioning of both the body
and the brain are negatively impacted. When this happens, an
individual’s day to day functioning is also undermined.
