In this tutorial, you will find out if creating a low
variation of Warrior 1 will be better or worse for your body. Two
variations of Warrior 1 will be shown. From the height point of the
pose, up to the position of the back foot, you will discover the correct
body alignment and how to efficiently correct it. Furthermore, you will
also find out where muscle tension should be found in this kind of
pose.
